Hope someone can help me because am confused. I had my band fitted on the 28th of May, have followed the liquid only diet as directed. Now that am going into the next stage, I don’t know where to find the plan. The only thing I can find is the pre-op diet plan. Is the pre-op diet the same as the post-op?

Have a look st the START HERE section and that will outline each stage of the post op diet The Kitchen will give you recipes and meal plans for each stage After the liquid stage ( usually 2 weeks) you will move into a soft diet ( also usually 2 weeks but always follow your providers guidelines) xx
