      Hi All

      So good to get back online, I have been off the rails and had enough now.  Had a fill yesterday so getting back on track before I crack up.  I bought these shakes from Homebargains, 2 for £1 🙂   to help me go I chucked in a weekabix and whizzed it up.  It was like choc milkshake from Maccy’s – these are gorgeous if anyone is looking for a nice shake I highly recommend these xxxxxx

      What a great idea – I bet they work our way cheaper that the weetabix go drinks too xx

      ha thanks I did think it was one of my better ideas.  It did go a little thick as the weekbix must of absorbed the milk. Next time I think I will just add half a bix or even add extra milk and this will do 2 meals, even better value 🙂 xxxxxxx

      I’m not being funny but the pre-made weetabix drinks taste awful. I avoid cereal because I buy the whole box and it takes just 2 days to get through. There is no portion control. Otherwise I’d try your recipe. The whole box can be around 3200 calories. Even if it is whole grain. I just get some fresh fruit now and mix it with milk.

      That is it with cereal Nat, you really do have to be careful and portion it out or use a small bowl and not be tempted to go back for more, or grab a handful each time you pass the cupboard…it’s easily done..!!    At least with weetabix you can just take one at a time, no weighing or measuring

      Fresh fruit is a great breakfast too Nat so well done you xx
