Why do we do it? Of all the things which can derail us I believe unprovoked self sabotage is the most common one. Are you scard maybe? Are you paying lip service to what you need to do, buying the right foods but knowing deep down there is a sneaky bag of biscuits hiding at the back of the cupboard? Are you scared in some way of jumping off the cliff, of letting go of your current life? Personal questions but worth a private chat with Yr self xx it’s hard to do this but I use my left hand right hand as if they were two. Puppets ni ask n answer myself honestly xx sounds bomkers I know but try n get to the bottom of why you self sabotage. Next time Yr heading for the fridge, stop and ask yourself why? Might just stop that destructive binge xxxx
