If you are currently on the pre – op diet don’t forget to have at least 2 litres of water daily and take a multivitamin and mineral supplement every day

Hi Lindsay
Have a little read of this article, may help you out and looks like you can do a mix of the 3 pre op diets (as long as your surgeon hasn’t requested you do a specific diet)
If your still struggling or need anything else let us know
Stay focused and positive its all worth it xx

The pre – op diet is usually the hardest bit so keep going and keep busy. You can swap between the 3 THG pre – op diets anytime at all. Option 3 is probably a bit easier because at least you have an evening meal to look forward too xx

Hi Jessica
Full steam ahead on the pre op diet by the sounds😊 well done you. You can change to one of the other plans thats fine (thats as long as your surgeon hasn’t specifically advised you any differently) you can tell your dietitian if you have a scheduled call planned again, but as long as your following one of the plans its fine, you don’t need to tell anyone specifically.
Not long now hey – exciting times..!!
Keep up posted on your progress – the team and our weight mates are here to help support you on your journey xx

How’s things going with the pre – op diet now – does option 2 or 3 suit you better ? You can mix and match between the options as much as you want. Many people do option one in the week when they are busy at work then swap to option 3 at the weekend so they can look forward to a meal. Option 2 can be tricky as there is more weighing and measuring involved and the portions are small but at least it’s real food. Just go with what suits you best x
