Hi Frankie, Â for the band/balloon the veg and salad is half of the plate, 1/4 carbs and 1/4 protein
The bypass is 1/2 protein  1/4 carbs and 1/4 veg – because of they difference in surgery they need to concentrate more on getting protein in as the portions are much smaller, and the process of absorption.
