Ok this maybe isn’t the solution, but a small fork is vital following weight loss surgery, to help with your minimouthfuls.
So if you don’t already have one, invest in a small 3 pronged fork. This will reduce your mouthfuls down automatically without having to think about it….These come free in our plate packs too xx
