hey xx I ve had more blips than an ECG machine!!! 🙂 no aspect of life is always smooth sailing – we get fed up, go off the rails, feel crap for having done so, but ultimately, we dust ourselves off n get back on the horse xxx its natural, its normal xxxx a good cry can work wonders n then be gentle on yrself while you organise how to sort yr stall out again xxxxx ((( )))

Hi Laura hope your ok, sometimes the whole pressure thing of having a band can proper wipe you out too.  but I know from my experiences that I don’t seem to stay down for too long and then feel ok again thank god.  Hope this is the same for you xxxxxx
