Sorry to hear of your upset today. When you signed up for your free 12 months membership it would of explained in the welcome email that following this period you would roll onto a half price payment plan unless you cancelled within the 12 months.
We are more than happy to refund the payment that has come out today. This will go through PayPal but will just be refunded back into the bank account that it come out of. You don’t need a PayPal account to accept this refund
If you scroll down to the bottom of the site you will see a cancellation link. Click on this and agree to the cancellation and this will cancel your membership and any payment plans in place to avoid any further monies taken
