So ive been a bit quiet this week, had super long shifts, sick kids and ive felt really unmotivated. I did eat all the meal preps but i also snacked a bit more than usual and drank more tea than usual to keep me going. In all honesty i feel like ive utterly failed thus week. Ive been up the wall and i wasnt in the mood to care. Im so moody haha. I did do heat camps and felts so good afterwards but been i dont wanna get out of bed kind of weeks. So im now sat in salon getting my hair done and plan on cooking a nice pork joint tomorrow. I need to be honest about my week otherwise  i cant refelect on what i will do different next week. Hey were human it happens, and im ok with that. Anyone else have a good or bad week? How are we all doing? What are we planning to do different  next week?

hey Laura x you know hon, 15 years banded and some serious  stones lost, I STILL have bad days. I don t have the domestic demands of your life but nonetheless, juggling a career, domestic tasks, d i y n general mood swings is a real challenge. But everyone worries about the bad days – now this is radical but hey!!!! why not celebrate the good days? As women, we can be prone to hormonal swings which mean we get that ‘can t get out of bed’ mood – but we have to, so we go through the motions but feel flat n lacking in  motivation all day. I think being gentle on yrself is key – give yrself a small goal each day which you can achieve – it might be that tomorrow s snacks are bananas instead of crisps…. it might be ‘when i get home i’m gonna hoover seven bells out of the house- its bugging me as it needs doing n its becoming a bigger issue in my mind than it should be’ ….. clock up even a small challenge 5 days in a row then come back n tell me you re a failure?  Having a band offers you the chance to CHOOSE to improve your life and health. But it is not a legal requirement to be fabulous and on-plan every day 🙂 Be a human, with all the vulnerabilities that we carry, but also be a human who fights back, survives and achieves. If losing weight each week is not happening right now, is it  a band fill issue or a behavioural issue?  I seriously applaud you for your honesty, Laura. You are not trying to fool yrself or lay blame elsewhere. You know, Laura, we can t all afford financially to bin everything in the house tonight n refill with salads n fruits etc etc. This week, just try to eat less of what you have n next time you do yr ‘big shop’, plan some better choices in and build on them. I once ran and completed a marathon …. and i did it one step at a time xx Keep your chin up mate …. don’t lose sight of how well you have done thus far.  Here to support if i can xxxxx
