      Yay we supposed to be getting a heatwave – it could make your band feel tighter though. Drink plenty of fluids and if you are struggling at all move into a softer diet temporarily xx

      I didn’t fancy much food today ….. been muggy here so I guess I was just feeling kinda … well…. muggy 🙂 xxx
