shoulder pain is typically down to trapped wind. So 3 weeks in you will be on soft diet now I’m guessing. Just make sure your applying your 20+ rule… more often the shoulder pain can be down to eating too fast. May sure your keeping up and mobile too. You can try some chewable windeze, gripe water or peppermint tea. Some patients say doing windmills with your arms helps.
If your getting any other symptoms I would call and get guidance from your provider…. if you worry about a blood clot you need to get yourself checked out by a medical practitioner asap
