Your portions are small so it could be a sign you have eaten too quickly. Take it really slow and follow the 20 + rule There is likely to be a little swelling around the band site at the minute which is why you aren’t managing much. The small and often approach might suit you better just now – aim to eat small amounts but 6 times daily as opposed to 3.
remember to focus on getting enough protein too – at least 50g daily xx
