      You might chuckle whilst your humming ‘Happy Birthday’ whilst washing you hands but hand washing is so so important right now guys – a little recap on effective hand washing from the Royal College of Nursing 🙌🙌  Stay Safe Everyone xx

      Don’t forget the virus can survive on hard surfaces so washing your hands after you open the mail etc would be wise xx
