I have been a recluse for a few days as not felt well and just been resting as recovery is taking a little longer for me than expected. I have lost weight I know this site is about that and the band I had fitted is about losing weight. I just now and again need a break from that focus. I must tell you that I actually haven’t told anyone in my family that I had a band fitted because im so fed up of their focus being on my weight and this makes me feel bad about myself. My dad visited me and he said lost anymore weight? my mother in law says upon her visit lost any weight, same for my daughter and other family members. my partners focus is on my weight and hasn’t come near me for years but cheated on me because I think of my weight, yet he is bigger than me in weight
You may wonder why I have done this. Well I did this for ME and only ME and I will do this in my own time and I will feel better and healthier and one day I can look back at those who see me as a fat person and not a human being and tell them to go take a close look at themselves first and I will live longer and feel healthier and maybe someday my family can look at me for me and not focus on my weight.
