I watcheds Doctors on bbc yesterday and an Indian woman ate a load of samosas because her son was late coming home land when he walked in she had finished them and she was crying. 😢. When you’ve been eating sensibly for a long time you become more vulnerable to this type of behaviour.

And years ago on diet trials a woman bought a family sized chocolate bar because her dog died and after she finished she was crying her eyes out.
And I’m like “That chocolate bar did not help you at all”
A non dog lover would just ask her to buy a new one. Some would slap me on the wrist for saying that.

Totally Nat, there is a lot more to emotional eating than meets the eye.   Food really can leave you feeling like it’s your best friend and worse emery all in a matter of moments – For any weight loss plan to success you really do need to have your head in the right place xx
