Eating more than i feel i should

This is 100% normal. As the band is just fitted not inflated yet.i remember the weightloss support  saying to me hold on to the full feeling after surgery as it goes quickly. Once you start getting fills thats when your restriction starts. So it will take a a little bit of will power until your fills begin. How are you feeling 4 weeks down the line?

That is totally normal..!!!  As disappointing as it may be….experiment with your textures and try your best with the 20+ rule.. get yourself ready n raring for your first fill….!!!!   And the journey begins… exciting times just around the corner xx
