  Oh my God! What a difference it makes having the east slower app! Was full after 15 minutes of eating and had some food left! That’s great!!!! Still getting hungry about every 2 to 3 hours though x

  I can’t find this or similar apps, can anyone help please? Is it only on Apple?

  Hi Polly – Welcome to the site…. unfortunately im on an apple device but have just done a little search for you and it says the 20 min eating – eat slower is available on android..?? Hopefully if any other android users are out there and using an app they could advise more. Good for you wanting to work with slowing down and chewing… master this and it really does make a big difference to your band journey xx

  patients gave also recc a meal timer from amazon to me – a one minute meal timer so you just turn it over for each bite – was £2

  If anyone hates cold food you can also get insulated food bowls from amazon to keep the food warm for the 20 mins. You just put hot water in the base x
