      Another way to really get the new year off to a good start. A dry Jan could potentially save you soooo many calories making your weight loss results even better. ( as well as giving your liver a much needed rest after Xmas 😉)

      I doing it xigot a few bottles of booze in as a festive treat, tia maria  advocate, pink gin etc n with the help of visitors most of it had gone but this pulled me up short….. I wouldbinoldfoid, naughty foods etc without a second thought but I had a pang when I poured the remaining booze down the sink. Glass of wine at home drinkers lijeme?  Made me reconsider my alcoholintake to be honest xxx hmm mm. Xx

      Why was I reluctant to pour the booze away? And when I reckoned up ican drink neatly as many calories as I eat some days :0

      Did you watch Lorrsine Kelly today ? Dr Hillary talking about kcals in alcohol – 700 in a bottle as wine – the same as 5 sugary doughnuts xx

      i know :O  and i m more like baileys or advocat which are creamy but sooo high in cals!!! Funny, but when i got banded, the first thing people used to ask me was ‘can you still drink with it?’ ….. its a worry that people will starve themselves but so don t want to let go of the booze.
