Hi Sarah. It is really hard but think of how far you have come and it’s just another 1 week Think how hard the pre – op diet is and you did it 😃
For now you can try some sugar free jelly, low fat custard and smooth, thin yoghurts and fromage frais as well as your liquids.
Just stay strong and keep busy to distract yourself – it’s just not worth risking problems with the band now you have come so far
