You ll be closer to morphing into one 🙂 xx Leaving the scales out of it for a moment, I know full well that if I indulge in my fave pitta n taramasalata, bread n processed foods – crisps, salami etc …. I feel gross after a few days of this stuff, even if I don’t gain weight. I feel bloated n heavy due to the salt n stuff. However, a few days heavy on veg based foods, sautéed onion, peppers, tomatoes and spinach etc, with some tuna or egg or a bit of cheese added, or salad if i’m not feeling like a hot meal, I then feel lighter, cleaner in my body and not bloated. A few walks instead of slumping indoors – the fresh air does wonders for body and soul. It can feel too much to handle, morphing overnight into a fitness addict n salad muncher but aiming for a ‘clean week’ as I call it can really make you feel lighter n brighter without big drama and high goals which can often be just a fail waiting to happen xx We all know the annoying Californian-type lean girls, but if you alter some behaviours you ll be surprised how much more like that you too can feel 🙂 Not sure Im ready to roller blade down Santa Monica boulevard just yet, but hey … watch this space 😉 xxxx

Haha…rollaboots at the ready..!!!! Love this Ammi… and so so true..!!!! It really is amazin how a few days off track can make you feel and also likewise how quick you can turn things back around if you really want too. Having been on my best behaviour (or nearly haha) since the start of the year in prep for my wedding… I have now returned home after a 5 day honeymoon feeling totally back to square 1..!! Haha…🤨 No regrets and yes I have ate and drank whatever I’ve wanted🥳 but Monday is back to work and I won’t be forgetting all the good habits over the last few months either… I enjoyed feeling in control of my diet, increasing my protein and getting the old body moving with evening walks and morning light weights whenever I could. But for now and today it’s not about me it’s all about Liverpool…!!!!!!! Come on you reds ❤️ 🤞🏻 Have a great day everyone xx

If you’re from Liverpool there is an ice rink at the pier head over Christmas and one all year round at Widnes. One is gonna be built in wavertree soon.
if you’re not from Liverpool just get Google maps out (or your favourite map app) and search ice ink then type your home city. Roller rinks are a bit harder to find. Southport now has a fake ice rink (which used to be in Otterspool) there is one somewhere else and has a proper roller rink somewhere else, I think it’s the ymca. Also Warrington also has a roller rink.
no need for Santa Monica. Someone should invent skates with tyres because our surfaces are so so bumpy. I skated on a cycle track once and it wore out my poor plastic wheels.

I went all the time but I’m over 30, I feel the cold more and my stamina just isn’t there.
