So I’m always looking for a new way to keep moving and burn a few cals....and seen someone post about these workouts..... I’ve just had a go now - and was pleasantly surprised... the host is full of the joys of spring and before I knew I’d done an hour... tried a few different programmes within this time - some are more cardio than others, but great motivation for a home workout.... she reminds ya throughout the workout about all the amazin benefits of simply walking - have a go 👍🏻 xx
