Don't' forget to cook your veggies al-denté.....

This will work much better with your band.  The bite will give you more stimulation from the chewing.... which will help control portions and hunger.

Why not make good use of the water used to make a stock for soup, or add to the gravy - savour all the goodness.   But don't don't forget go easy on these when adding to your plate
