The pre op on the site is the most up to date, so I would always refer back to this one for values etc. Normal slim fast powder is totally fine to use 🙂
You would have to do a full day on the powder or a full day on the ready made shakes unfortunately, you cannot mix and match these. So probably best to see what works for you on that particular day really.
