      hello everyone my name is jenn i am a nurse from Liverpool 🙂 I get my band in January and I am so nervous and excited. i am 33 and i have got 3 young children aged 4,2 and 1. my BMI is around 33. i am just a bit nervous about lifting post op because I will still have to pick my children up. how was you recover in the first few weeks :). this is my first post so looking forward to hearing about your experiences 🙂

      Good to have you onboard – they say about 2 weeks before lifting and carrying really, but everyone is different

      Hey Jan will be here before you know..!!!!

      Gives you plenty of time to have a good ole read through the articles on the site – you’ll be so prepared and ready for anything come Jan 😉
