Falling off the wagon….

life is definitely hard enough without you beating yourself up too… but your also right Ammi, if you want to see a loss at the end of the week/month/year then you very much do have to take ownership of the situation…. remember guys we’re only human, so deal with one day at a time using manageable goals…. and it’s ok to reward ourselves too, but maybe find treats that don’t include calories… like the latest new MAC lipglosses 👄  have ya moment on the lips without the lifetime on the hips 👍🏻😉 xx

Moment on the lips but not on the hips LOL…I think you wouldn’t be human if you didnt ave a wobble now and again – I’m still learning not to beat myself up about these wobbles, I actually feel I give myself an even harder time now because I’ve paid all this money 💰 👊🏻 😣xxxxxxx

Aw Kim don’t let the fact you have paid for the band make you feel more guilty. That money you paid meant you were serious about losing weight and you decided to do something about it so good for you!!! Everyone is human so there’s always going to be times you fall off the wagon but the trick  is to lose the guilt and just get straight back on it xx

It’s still the best money I’ve spent, regardless of the guilt 😊😊 xxxxxxxx
