Eventually made crab cakes xx to be honest after faffing with dressing it and smashing the claws, she’ll flying everywhere etc, I ll probably just use a tin of tuna next time 🙂 🙂 🙂 was yummy though. Dead easy to make…. Added some chopped spring onion n red pepper plus one egg n stirred it together, dusted with flour n into the pan. I if like me you choose to swerve adding cooked potato or breadcrumbs it cN be a bit too moist so drain the fish well before adding the rest xxx made plenty so that s tonight s tea sorted 🙂 🙂 🙂 xx
