If you find that you are compensating good nutritious healthy textures for sweet foods.... you need to stop and think
Either or, you need to stop and re adjust. Yes sweet foods may be convenient and seem to go down much easier but eaten in the long run won't do you any good and you may even see a shift in your weight. In the wrong way...!!
You may start to feel tired, lethargic and bloated.
So weither it be that you need a small de-fill or just need to refocus then you need to take control and put that into place at the soonest to help you get the most from your fabulous weight loss tool.
