½ red and yellow pepper, cut into strips
½ onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp medium chilli powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp water
2 mini tortilla wraps
2 desert spoons fat free fromage frais, to serve
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the pepper and onions. Fry for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Add the steak strips to the pan and cook for 2 minutes before adding the garlic, cumin, coriander and chilli powder. Cook for a further minute.
3.Add the peppers and onions back to the pan, mix well and cook for another minute.
4. Fill the wraps with the steak mixture and top with the fromage frais. Wrap them up and enjoy
