Don't forget stress is a trigger to set your band off and tighten things up. So be super careful if you're having a tight day for whatever reason, please do take your diet back to soft food or even fluids if needed so you don't add irritation to the problem too.
Keep hydrated and sip continuously to keep hydrated and hopefully things settle down for you - Maybe try some relaxation techniques or a calm app - have a read or make a pan of homemade soup - a good peeling session may help take your mind off things, and you can enjoy your delicious delights over the next few days
