so this week – its been chaos here so i ve tended to calorie counted ready meals – but not rubbish, i hasten t add!! I dont like the idea of ready eals but sometimes, for a single person, they do make better financial sense. Plus they are a fast food with low risk as opposed to the chippy!!! xx I m always on the verge of becoming vegetarian so this week i have had a Tesco Cauliflower cheese – a bit high in fat but it s a comfort food for me and I have felt a bit down this week. Half a pack is enough for me as a meal and at £1.50 on offer it makes £ sense too.
