Hi tracey.  It really does sound like you band is a little tight. you shouldn’t be in pain when eating and you should be able to manage solid/ textured food ok.

Try having just liquids for a couple of days. Then make sure you follow the 20+ rule 1oo%  If you can’t progress into textures in a few days then I would pop back for a small defill.

If regurgitation , pain on eating  is happening more that 2-3 times weekly you need a defill too

Also if you have nocturnal reflux or s night cough you need an urgent defill too.
