Good for you going back to basics and allowing the stomach to rest if you have been having regurg episodes – this is a requirement, such some ice to help with internal inflammation

The ultimate aim is to get back to eating textured food again ok with out any red zone symptoms, being back on track with your 20+ rule (is a massive must) – once back established with this will help us to guide you in regards to portions or if you need a further fill

If you are truly struggling to get back on to textures maybe a defill will help.  I know it feels a step back sometimes but texture is key and sometimes it means going back a few stages to help you ease back into having control again

Are you drinking your 2ltrs of fluids and hitting approx 50-60g of protein a day – these both with aid the hunger

Do you take your daily multivitamins and minerals? xx
