Hi Sarah
with a band we recommend having your 3 normal meals daily – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Small, balanced meals with half of your side plate veg/ salad where appropriate.
All meals should be solid / textured though to get the best results possible. If you can’t manage textures then you msg just need a small defill to help with that.
Between meals we recommended just small, healthy snacks if needed – fruit, low fat yoghurt , veg sticks etc.
Then on occasions when you fancy a treat we try and say to keep it to around 100 calories or below
