As your band starts to get tighter with each fill, you need to keep assessing hunger.
This is one of the bands main functions to help control the feeling of fullness and suppress the appetite for a period of time after eating. This is why your Dietitian or Nurse will harp on continuously about textured foods so much, as it is the stimulation from this type of food that will give you the nerve stimulation.
If you are finding that hunger is not a big issue and you're getting nowhere with your weight loss you need to downsize your portions and re-assess.
This could be were you can start chipping away at your calories to really kickstart the weight loss.
The best way to do this is by using a portions plate/side plate - or by using measuring spoons or small tubs. Eat a small meal and re-assess the satiety in between, and you can start judging your meals sizes better and the amount you only really need to eat.
Happy Downsizing 😁
