What exactly does this mean in a band journey?
I feel somewhere along most journeys comes a point when one fill makes you sit up and think OH HELLO..!! I have named this the pinnacle fill for many reasons
It normally comes just in the nick of time when moral is starting to fade and things are getting a little static… and BOOM there it is… that last adjustment has given you back your mojo…. You are noticing that you cannot eat as much, actually leaving food on your plate and the need to snack isn’t something that is on your mind constantly.
We are making progress….. and this is where all the prep over the previous months really comes into its own.
So just bear this in mind as your plodding on through the early months. Your pinnacle fill maybe just around the corner 😊
