High Protein Frittata

24g protein per slice and 200cal

Serves 2 (or you can keep in the fridge for a few days to snack on/take for breakfast on the go!)

You will need:

  • ½ red chilli (or green if you prefer less spicy)
  • ½ red pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 275g egg whites
  • Basil and parsley (handful of each roughly chopped)
  • 50g feta/ cheddar cheese/ any protein of choice

How to make: mix all the ingredients together and pour into a tin or skillet then grill in the oven until cooked (it can take between 10-15 minutes so keep an eye out and keep checking it). Remove when frittata is set.
