Make left over herbs last
- Remove and wash the leaves, pat them completely dry
- Place leaves in a single layer on a large plate (do not use paper towel)
- Microwave on high for 30second bouts until herbs are brittle 1-2 minutes in total should do (do not let the herbs brown)
- Cool completely and crumble into a small airtight container
- These will keep up to a year
A great way to season foods without adding extra calories
