Sitting Down to eat a meal can sometimes feel a little overwhelming.....consciously trying to apply your 'very specific 20+ eating rules' (inconspicuously or not), whilst sustaining within the flow of the conversation...can be quite the challenge...!!!!
Downsizing your fork will automatically help towards reducing the portion of food on your folk. One of the most important rules when eating with a band..... So do yourself a favour and invest in a small fork, doesn't need to be pepper pig, a small dessert fork will do the trick.
A lot of regurgitation/stuck episodes can be avoided purely by reducing your bitesize - if you aim for a forkful no bigger than a 20p piece, this should pass through your band with no concerns if chewed well. If not seek help.
