Fibre works by absorbing water so make sure you keep your fluids up, especially now the weather is hotting up…

Sources of fibre include fruit, veg, pulses, wholemeal/ granary bread, brown rice , wholewheat pasta, whole grain breakfast cereals. It’s better to eat these regularly to prevent constipation rather than trying to treat it xx
