Breakfast Time  

Breakfast actually means to Break the Fast of the night before so it’s important to get the day off to a good start with a healthy breakfast


 Try our simple Breakfast Ideas:


  • A mini “Grill” up – In spray oil, low fat bacon, mushrooms, onions served on wholemeal toast and with a few beans (A good one for the weekend)
  • A high fibre, crunchy cereal such as shredded wheat, Branflakes, Muesli and low-fat milk – top with a few berries
  • A seeded toasted bagel thin with low fat cream cheese
  • A slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter
  • A toasted crumpet with low fat spread
  • A mini pancake with a drizzle of honey or a tsp of pure fruit preserve


If you sleep in or have no time for breakfast then at the very least grab some fruit or a muesli bar on your way out! You might be in a hurry but remember the 20+ rule!!
