Bread can be a funny one…. some people tolerate it well, others choke at the mere sight ..!!!!!
I’ve come across this bread today in Aldi… cheap as chips and 51cals a slice. This made great crunchy toast (leave off the butter) as this will only soften the bread and add a no oil fried egg for a great Brekki/lunch.
I think the key wth bread is finding one that suits you, generally holy bread (and I’m not talking the one thats been blessed here) but one that has holes in and almost see through is the best consistency to get through your band as not as doughy or stodgy
